Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Benivo website and account. By creating an account or using Benivo, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to create a Benivo account. You may hold only one account per person.

2. What Benivo does

Benivo is a referral and cashback platform. We provide links to third-party stores; when you complete a purchase after clicking through, the store pays Benivo a commission, part of which is credited to your account as cashback once confirmed. Benivo is not a party to your purchase contract with the store.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Information you provide, including payout details, must be accurate and belong to you.
  • Benivo may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of offers, or violation of these terms.

4. Cashback eligibility

Cashback is credited only when a purchase is tracked correctly and confirmed by the store, subject to our Cashback Policy. Benivo does not guarantee that any specific click or purchase will be tracked, since attribution depends on the store's own tracking system and factors outside our control, such as browser settings or third-party cookies being blocked.

5. Prohibited use

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate cashback or sign-up bonuses.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with Benivo.
  • Attempting to manipulate tracking links or misrepresent the source of a purchase.
  • Using Benivo for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

6. Withdrawals

Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn once it reaches the minimum withdrawal amount stated on the site, to a UPI ID or bank account held in your own name. Benivo may run identity checks before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud.

7. Changes to offers and rates

Cashback rates, categories, and participating stores are set by Benivo and its store partners and may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice, including after a click but before a purchase is completed.

8. Intellectual property

The Benivo name, logo mark, and website design are the property of Benivo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Store names and trademarks referenced on this site, if any, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe available offer categories.

9. Limitation of liability

Benivo is not responsible for the quality, delivery, pricing, or any other aspect of products or services purchased from a third-party store. Our liability for any claim relating to cashback is limited to the disputed cashback amount itself.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Benivo may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with any confirmed, unwithdrawn cashback handled in line with our Cashback Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
